Spring Wreaths

I decided to try my hand at some floral wreaths. We have three to choose from: tiny pink flowers, three shades of tiny purple flowers and pale yellow daisies. These are 14-15" in diameter all on deep brown grape vine wreaths. They look wonderful on the front door! These are going to range from $6-$10 so check them out soon at ARTifacts!

Thankful Blocks

Thankful blocks for your Turkey Day Season. These are wooden blocks laminated with vintage styled paper. They are quite sturdy and will last a lifetime thanks to the lamination.

Spooky Garland

Here is a look at my newest item, arriving in store on Monday. It is a Halloween garland using small wooden signs, colorful Halloween paper, hand cut letters and jute cord. It is entirely hand made and assembles and has a coat of matte lamination so it will last for years to come. I hope you guys love it as much as I do! Let me know what you think in comments or if you want to see a certain word or idea for Thanksgiving or Christmas, let me know.

Handmade Books

I thought I would share some pictures of the recent handmade books I have made. The first pictures are of my new sign in book. It's at my booth right now. If you come by, I would love to see your comments! The last picture is of the three books of similar styling that are available for purchase right now in my booth. They each come with their own coordinating book mark and are sewn together with white ribbon that is long enough to tie the book shut. These books are made on manilla drawing paper, so they can be used for journals, diaries or sketchbooks. Each has 44 pages (front and back) and they are only $5 each. So grab one while you can.

Pottery Shelves

I finally managed to make some pottery shelves. Shelves for pottery are one of those things you just can't buy ready made and it helps to make use of all the space you have if possible. I situated these so they took up the entirety of a wall between the door and closet door in my studio. What do you think?

Now that I have shelves I can post more images of "in progress" peices to tease your little hearts out with. I put everything I had laying around on the shelves and I didn't manage to fill it half way up (yay!) Mostly just some teapots and a few sundry items. I will eventually post pictures of my studio, but at the moment it is a mess. With the recent shelf construction, arrival of the pottery wheel (yay!) and some power surges that have killed some electronics in the room, it is a world of boxes and clutter.
